This interactive Business Valuation Analysis report/worksheet and associated Valuation Summary Chart prevents the typical methodolgies used to value your firm and allows you to see what minor variations in some of your firm's financial ratios or in market return rates might do to that value.
The report is automatically linked to all available relevant account totals available from the Annual Assumptions and Data Entry Sheet. Several default percentage adjusting values and/or multiplies are also provided by default. However, we do not suggest that these default values are in any way relevant for any specific model in question.
While this report provides an illustrative framework for valuing a business, we strongly recommend obtaining the services of a professional business appraiser if serious about buying or selling a firm or some portion of its assets.
